This 30 minute meditation is the perfect chance to slow down, cultivate stillness, get grounded and go into the weekend fresh and ready with your mind at ease. Rediscover yourself and the power within amid times of difficulty and challenge. Elevate your vibrational energy. All you need is yourself, a comfortable place to sit either on a chair or cushion.
