This is the perfect time to practice Qigong as the seasons enter into Yin phase. Keeping active despite colder temperatures is a good way to maintain mental and physical balance. This practice will concentrate on the Internal Alchemy of your energy (Qi) sensations. The ancient art of the I-Chuan Qigong practice consists of simple physical exercises combined with meditation, visualization and breathing. The goal is to balance the body and relax the mind to improve health. This practice can be done by anyone of all ages regardless of physical ability. Bringing awareness to the flow of energy (Qi) is the key. Wear comfortable, loose clothing as this practice will be standing.
